Yep - this book really exists. But I donīt think itīs ever been in the
stores (itīs been available via the official fanclub, if my memoryīs
right). Itīs content is mainly photos of Kate taken by her brother
when she was young. Iīve seen scans taken from it at a Kate-related
site somewhere on the net - but I donīt remember where exactly thas
was (so sorry)...
