Japanese TKI LP: help...

Greetings Lovhounds,

I was looking (drooling) at my collection last night.  I
have 2 copies of TKI Japanese issue (first issue: EMS81042),
one of them has the regular EMI red and tan colour label, 
the other is black and white.   Is the black and white one a
promo?   There are no markings on the album cover nor the
price band.  There is some extra japanese writing on the
black and white label.    can anybody out there help me?
