   It sounds like the name of a bootleg. Most Kate boots are actually
bootlegs OF bootlegs.

   The title probably refers to inane rumors in U.K. music rags that
between albums Kate balloons up to "sixteen stone." Such rumors are
usually invented by UK music rag "writers". 

   BTW, what is a "stone"? Is it 20 lbs? Is there a "metric stone?"
