Kate Bush Complete

I have not found Kate Bush Complete to be difficult to obtain.  If anyone in a 
remote location cannot find it or order it from their local musical instrument 
or sheet music store, I will be happy to pick up a copy for you in San Francisco 
in return for your picking up the cost and postage. Please try to order it, 
though; your request may prompt them to get it in stock.  I first found it in 
the public library (and felt like I was hit by lightning because it had all the 
info I didn't have at the time -- for instance that there were other fans!) so 
if you can't afford it, check in the music section of your library.  I think it 
runs about $12.95 or $14.95 retail.
