Thank all of you who commented on this post.  The information will
keep my local record store busy for some time.

This SAOTW album is one of my best "sleeper" albums.
My only problem with it is that the lyrics are difficult for me, an
American, to understand at many parts, and written lyrics are 
not included in the CD.
