The album was assembled and written by Hector Zazou, someone I don't know
a hell of a lot about, other than that he also recently did an album based
on Rimbaud's poetry which featured David Sylvian, Bill Laswell, John Cale,
and other cool people. "Songs from the Cold Seas" would be under his name
in a good, eclectic store.
