I just relistened my tape of the "BBC Classic Albums" program where
Kate talks about all songs on HOL. She clearly tries to be
gender-neutral when speaking about the protagonist using "this person"
and "they", but slips into "she" when introdicing "Waking The Witch".
I guess a transcript of this interview must be available somewhere on
the Net, in "The Garden" or "Cloudbusting".
