I have an opportunity to buy a signed (386 of 500) and framed "Red Shoes"
albumn cover (actually it is a print the size of an albumn cover).

I believe it was a promo piece that the local Alternative Radio 
station got.

Any ideas how much it is worth?  What should I offer the guy who got
ahold of it?
