"organic acid" only appears on the eps. i don't know why it wasn't
included on the cathy album lps. the only two reasons i can think of
are no room on the lps or the last ep was released after the lps were
released (possible - my memory of this period is hazy, so i don't
remember when things appeared). since the cds are all mastered from the
lps, it comes as no surprise that the track isn't on the cds.  i would
think that a resourceful and competant bootlegger (or which there are
some) should be aware of the track and include it, but so far, none
seem to have surfaced.
