Roy Harper appearance

IED received a request from Allan of Intergalactic 
Garage to post a long ad for a Roy Harper concert 
they are apparently mounting in Shepherdstown, WV.
Allan claims that he is unable to post to the group
on his own.  

This puts IED in a rather awkward position, as you 
may imagine, since he like many of you feels he
is beginning to drown in the rising tide of commercial
flotsam in our group, but he also concedes that news
of a U.S. concert by Roy Harper is relevant to the
Gaffan discourse.

So he will simply say that Roy's concert is scheduled
for July 1, that he will appear to sign records sometime
after noon, and will perform about 4 p.m.  Tickets are 
said to be free, though they can apparently only be 
obtained by communicating with Intergalactic Garage.
