Kenny Everett died? What was the cause?
I have a VHS tape of "The Best" from his second year of shows, includes
part of Kate's appearance.

They were playing his show in San Diego when my wife and I honeymooned
there in '81. We actually made sure we were back at night in time to catch
it.
