Limited Edition Interview Disc

Thanks to the person who gave me the tidbit of info on the limited
edition interview disc.

Do you (or anyone else) have any more information about it ?  For
clarification, it is a seven-minute interview disc in an oversized
yellow box with a younger Kate on the cover. IN the photo, she's wearing
a red print blouse amongst a field of yellow flowers.  On the disc (and
I think on the box as well), it says Limited edition of 1000 (or 2500).

Historical info (like when and where) regarding the disc production
would be helpful.  A little info on the company that produced it would
be nice.  And, at the risk of sounding crass to Kate fans everywhere,
how much is the disc worth ?

Any more info on this disc would be helpful.
