DELIUS question

Hi fellow "chiens-d'amour"

I have a quick question about the song DELIUS...in what
language is Kate singing and what is she singing?

I checked in the "Cloudbusting" files and all I got was
the quote from kate: "Can't you tell?"   

Is this one of her backward/forward thing?  Has anyone 
tried to play this backwards?   if not, then I'll give it
a try.
