Hi,
I'm Steve.  You're not alone in noticing the strong wiccan symbolism in
Kate's music and videos.  I first noticed it when I saw her 1st video (
the !st one I ever saw, that is)  That's what got my interest in her at
first.  You see back then I was just being introduced to wicca.  I am now
an initiated priest of the Druidic Craft of the Wise, which is an American
Rite of the wiccan tradition.
Anyway, I've never found solid verification that Kate is a witch, but the
she must be familiar with the craft.  Her music and videos are too full of
craft symbolism for it to be a coincidence.
Either way, I enjoy the beauty and joy in her music.  My hope that she may
be of like mind and belief only enhances my love of her art.
