I just thought I'd mention that Chris is in Kansas City on business
and is probably not reading gaffa at the moment.  I don't know if
he'll answer this when he gets back.  I hope not.  I find this whole
thread unbelievably silly and hardly worth a flame war in the pages
of gaffa.  I myself answered it in e-mail, to spare gaffa.
