Karen L. Newcombe <kln@crl.com> writes (about Saturday night's Euro VH-1 KB interview): > Peter Manchester, don't you have some kind of airwave swallowing radar > dish that can pick this thing up? Don't I wish! No, I am not satisfactorily ambient in electromagnetic space. In 1985 I rigged up what I called my "Kate Bush Observatory," an rf amplified UHF TV antenna that allowed me to pick up the late great U-68 from New Jersey (this was an MTV alternative that played a lot of world music video, including all of the HoL KB videos immediately upon release), but I am not presently in orbit. I fear we are dependent on our esteemed colleagues in the UK and Europe to cue up tape and capture this thing for some future tapetree. I sorrow to say in addition that I'll bet this is nothing new. But I would share your joy--and frustration--it indeed it is a new interview, and all we can do is hear about it. ...............................................................................
