I just watched the South Bank Show on the making of the album. Interesting
story of Adler being asked by someone to play "Rhapsody" on the harmonica.
Adler who was young at the time couldn't play the piece, but instead said he
didn't like the piece. Unbeknowst to him Gershwin was nearby. They went on to
become friends. Actually I like this version, quite a bit. Maybe because I've
been on tour with the Rockettes for the last year, and have heard too many
clarinets butcher the song around the country.

I'm still dying to see TLTCTC. Please somebody show this movie in the State
of Michigan. PLEASE. Especially interested in seeing Lindsey Kemp, I was
lucky enough to catch his version of "Midsummer Night's Dream", one of the
wildest evenings I've ever spent in a theater.
