Glory of Gershwin

my pal Brian just got back from an extended teaching jaunt in london with a
copy in hand of the glory of gershwin album pour moi. my cd player is out of
commission so i have not yet heard it all, but the sinead and kate
contributions are fucking incredible! i am extremely impressed. . . . . the
bits of some other tracks i have heard sound eclectic and interesting.

my question: why didn't kate contribute to red hot + blue? THAT would have been
pretty great . . . .
