I don't know from Liz Fraser, but this is a very cool album, disk 2 
particularly.  It eschews a lot of the dance orientation of Techno and is much 
more reminiscent of Brian Eno's ambient albums.  Very good mood music, 
particularly if you're not really doing anyting.
