The CD Bar in Toronto (next to the huge HMV, if you've been there) has 
got copies of both parts. The cd holders for each have one cardboard 
disk. Strange marketing, isn't it.
I expect you could order by mail from them -- I haven't got the address 
with me but a directory assistance call would do it, I expect.
