Just left there two months ago after five years of listening and playing music locally, and, oh yes, there was school too. A great town for music, quite a bit of diversity although you have to keep your eyes open to find it among the masses of grunge and thrash bands. The guitarist and drummer from For Against (actually from Lincoln Nebraska, another pretty cool music town in the Midwest) are currently in a band called "The Millions", somewhat early 80's feel but with greatly improved vocals... I can't remember her name but she's got a cool voice. A friend and I were wondering if she might be Kate Bush influenced (so maybe this _does_ belong here!?). If there are any die hard For Against fans out there, I have the address of the guitarist... > >Mark > Gary -- Gary Shea shea@cs.ukans.edu Department of Computer Science University of Kansas, Lawrence Gary Shea
