The Dreaming itself should somehow be eeeasy, and Dreamtime is close to impossible.
The only way right now to get Dreamtime on CD would be to use a recordable CD
and do it by yourself. Unfortunately.

The Confrontation is availlable on CD, as you said it's a b-side to L&A.
No spare copy here.

Missing is the instrumental version of Running Up That Hill that's only availlable
on the RUTH 12" maxi single.

Also missing is of course anything else that Kate hasn't published on a Kate-only
record. Brazil for example (availlable on the soundtrack CD to Brazil). And all
things Kate did co-work on (see Peter Gabriel, Roy Harper, .......). There's a long
section about all this in the FAQ.

Actually this seems to be the most likely to be found, since right now there
have appeared two or even three new bootleg CDs (with the same old material again),
so these should be easily availlable.
