Nobody. The problem arises with the following:

And then people complain when she doesn't get it. It's important to recognize
that a significant part of the reason she doesn't is because she, as you, has
set her own limits on what she'll do to gain such commercial success. I don't
object to Kate's career decisions: I object to people blaming her record label,
radio stations, the music industry in general, etc., for her failure to get
such success. Leave it be.
