Well, there is one other official tape, Kate Bush Live at Hammersmith Odeon,
containing 12 songs, but that isn't the source of the The Kick Inside video.

Besides some other odds and sodds official video tapes with a video or two
featuring Kate there are a lot (>100) TV appearances, some of them being
made like real videos. Among these there is a 6-video-collection shot in
the amusement park "De Efteling" in Holland which aired once in Holland
and which is in - well - medium circulation among fans. Quality is of
course, as with most other (old) TV appearances, not perfect, but still ok.
