Who is John Galt?  Who is "Bob"?  Excellent questions, all!

Rob Wald is a friend of mine who introduced me to Kate Bush's music.  He even
told me about this newsgroup, years ago, before I knew what "Internet" meant. 
But I have lost touch with him, alas....
