Summary: "Energy is eternal delight!" William Blake

'Self-remembering' can help you recognize many unexpected sources of
*unpleasantness* in your life-- like subtle food sensitivities that make
you, say, *sleepy* every time you have a lot of corn sweetener.
This is, of course, incredibly useful in fixing those problems, and
beginning to have a lot more control over one's enjoyment of living!

One thing you can notice is that pleasant states are accompanied by a
feeling of *energy*, in some sense of that word. Wilhelm Reich of
course got into big trouble for claiming that this energy, which he
'reified' as "orgone", could be measured with scientific instruments.
Was he right or wrong? I don't think we can say for sure. [Note
for *real* newcomers: Kate's song "Cloudbusting" is based on the life of
Wilhelm Reich.] But it's an important question to look for evidence
about... among other ways by self-remembering-- studying the different
objective ways this subjective 'energy' manifests itself.

Along with a sense of greater energy, one may also experience greater
creativity, greater enjoyment of experiences (good or bad), greater
skillfulness and grace, increased intuition, increased charm or charisma,
etc etc etc. Low-energy states are just the opposite, leaving you
clumsy, tired, pessimistic, annoying and dull...

Energy seems to *stream* through your body, at the best times:
