Yesterday bmk2@csn.org (Brock McKinney) used up most of the disk space in my 
account by posting an encoded file in two huge sections of a .gif about which 
he said:

Vickie is absolutely right, but even worse things can happen than losing entire 
digests.  My account has overdraft privilege for 1000 blocks of disk space, and 
it got used up by today's lh digest, generating a surly automatic notice from 
MANAGER about immediately clearing unassigned disk space or all my NEWMAIL would 
start bouncing.
