I'm curious, where did you get it and how much did it cost you? (You can
e-mail me the answer).
I dearly love *all* of Happy's albums, so I can't be objective at all,
but I'd say that Equipoise is a good introduction to her current style.
RhodeSongs is the best introduction to her earlier, more acoustic, style.
Warpaint is stark lushness, Equipoise is rich lushness, RhodeSongs is
acoustic-y lushness.
One thing: even among Ectophiles, a common refrain was that it took a
few listens before being fully able to appreciate Equipoise. Many had to
give it time before making a final decision about how much they liked it
in comparison to her other albums.
