In the latest issue of the SF Weekly, there is an ad directed to Kate Bush 
fans, with the subtitle 'The wait is over' announcing the release of TRS on 11/2.
Two Bay area record stores will have previews on Saturday 10/31. One is in
Berkeley (Mod Lang(?)) and the other in SF (Rough Trade). They will also have
give-aways of T-shirts, posters and other KT goodies.
