4ad-l@jhuvm.hcf.jhu.edu is the internet address of the list. @jhuvm is
the bitnet address. don't send anything to l64a011@jhuvm since that is
the address of the listowner who really doesn't have time to deal with
forwarding mail to the list.

4ad-l is handled by an automated listserv. just send this message:

	sub 4ad-l <your name here>

to listserv@jhuvm.hcf.jhu.edu and you'll be added automatically.
