I heard of this place in gaffa before but J&R Music World
(800-221-8180) has the following NTSC videos (price w/o S&H):

The Whole Story laserdisc $22.95
The Sensual World laser $18.95 & VHS $9.95
Live at Hammersmith VHS $16.95
(nope, no Single File)

I've no afilliation, just thought someone might want to know.
