The Red Shoes cover picture

In a local magazine (Frankfurt's city magazine 'Prinz') there's an ad for
The Red Shoes. I haven't found the TK on the cover picture (yet), but somehow
it's odd that this is the very first Kate album (not counting TWW boxed set
specials) that does NOT have her face on it somewhere? And - are these legs&feets
Kate's?

P.S.: How large must the cover picture be to be able to find the TK symbol?
Is about 2 1/2 inch enough?
