In response to Dan's message....the HMV store on Yonge St. in Toronto
does mail order, and I know they have TWW boxes because I saw one there
in July.
There is a 1-800 number for orders that works in Canada and the US but
regrettably I don't have it here with me. You could call 1-800-555-1212
and ask what it is, or Toronto directory assistance might be willing
to help (area code 416).
