I was looking through Goldmine and saw several places taking advance orders for
Rubberband Girl (CD & 12" picture disc). I have never ordered CDs through the
mail because I'm kind of wary of "Joe's CDs" or people who will take your
money and run. Are there any guidelines as to who to stay away from, and is it
smart to buy bootlegs with a credit card? (i'm not too sure of the legality
of such things).
