I think the Kate Bush tee shirt is a cool idea.  Count me in.  As for what's
on it, I would say one of the following three (all of which have been 
nominated already) :

1) The ninth wave picture, but the black and white version from the back
   inside HoL album cover.

2) The cover to the Sensual World  (that is a mighty nice picture)

3) The cover to The Whole Story

4) I have NO fourth suggestion.  There are but three.
