Ooooo, I got one!  How 'bout the shot from Love and Anger where the dancers
are just about to take the cypter and orb from Kate?  The title certainly
suits our little group.  Even some of the lines would work...
"little piece of rope holding us together" could be the modem lines through
which we are connected.

I really like the "Love-Hounds:   Suspended in rec.music.gaffa" idea!
