If you wantto which album should be the best to start, I tell you this:

Kate started with "Kick inside" so I think you should do that too,
then listen to "Lionheart", then "Never Forever", "dreaming","Hounds of love"
and then "Sensual world" and by then, I guess "Red Shoes" has already been 
released.

That way you can hear how she changed during her career. All of the albums
are good, IMHO Kick inside is the best collection of compositions. The 
further albums are interesting also in production and arrangements.

"Whole storey" would be wonderful way to start to know Kate Bush if it was
not for the not so good rerecording of "wuthering height". The original
is far better, I wonder why the new recording replaced the classic original.
