This restriction was only necessary during the initial days after the show
when there might have been a rush of people trying to FTP it at the same
time. Please feel free to FTP it whenever you like now.

Thanks for summarising the info Jorn.

(Oh, and if you're asking for names the initial sample was a joint effort
between myself and Scott, "but that's not important right now." ;-)
