Survey for new cable show about Prog Rock

                      "Progressive Measures" Survey

        The producers of "Progressive Measures" would like to conduct a
    brief survey to learn the interest level of its potential audience.
    The format of this program is as follows:
        One hour/half-hour interview/documentary musical program dedicated
    to Progressive Rock artists both local and non local. The host will
    give a brief monologue of current Prog News then introduce the artist.
    They will perform and then sit and be interviwed by the host on current,
    upcoming plans, and background history. At the end of the program they
    will perform once more. Documentary segments will focus on a particular
    artist and document that artist's career with host narration, video
    footage, and some audience interviews.
    
        That is the basic design of the show. Below are some questions for
    you on your opinion of this program.
 
        1. Are you interested in this `type' of a program?
 
        2. Does the program `format' stated above interest you?
           Why/Why not?
 
        3. Is there anything you would be interested in seeing
           on the program that is not in the above format?
 
        4. Is there anything you would be uninterested in seeing
           on the program that IS in the above format?
 
        5. If this program is not aired in your area, would you be
           interested in a video tape of the program?
