I think a few other people have posted about this but here I go anyway.:-)

The voice in the commercial belongs to Maire Brennan. The song is Theme
from Harry's Game by Clannad. I have Anam, which contains this song, so
I am quite sure about it. Maire Brennan is Enya's sister and their voices
are similar so I'm not surprised you thought it was Enya.
