   She *might* read it, but the family has a policy of not replying to
*anything* sent directly to the Farm. Andy (IED) has sent a dozen white
roses to Kate on her birthday for years, but other than the time at the
convention, Kate and her family have never acknowleged them. The KBC
is the best route, and Kate *has* replied to letters sent there. But
don't expect a reply, and you won't be disapointed.
