I wouldn't call it a reprimand...Anyway, the post in question was *not* by
Vickie  (who is temprarily net-less) but refered to Vickie, and I tried to
locate it, but couldn't... It might have been a post to ecto, but I don't
think so. :)

BTW, the files in love-hounds/archives/digests are all rw-------....Just
thought I'd let Bill know.
