Over here in Seattle we were treated to a screening of what was billed
as "The European Version" of Brazil.  This could be the "director's cut".
It's got about 12 more minutes of film than the version I've seen on
American video.  And most of the extra stuff is in the ending.
Maybe I'm a little wrong here, but I found there were LESS ambiguities
in the full cut than in the american movie version.  The stuff seemed to 
make a lot more sense with the full cut.  I have not seen the TV version, so 
I cannot comment on that.
