Marchand) mentioned finding it in a local record store (presumably in California) at $22.95. It's definitely an official US item put together by the record company. According to the numbering of the prints, it's a limited edition of 2000, so you better move fast if you want one 8^) "Hannah" is (I think) some American artist. Two other KaTe-portraits by her are advertised in the latest issue of "Record Collector" magazine.
