I was in Toronto over the hollidays and every last record store I
visited or called gave me the same story:  The Canadian CD box set was
discontinued months ago and all copies are long gone now.  
You could order the UK or Japanese import, but you'll pay through the
nose -- I was quoted between $250-300 CDN for the Japanese version.
You might want to order the Japanese set from an American store and
make trip across the border.  I just bought the Japanese set here in
California for $160 US.
