The mysterious disappearing of Volume IV

Hi Folks!


I FTPd The Garden a few weeks ago. I was VERY pleased when I found that
book. I think Andrew did a hell of a job making this book. All respects
to him.

But: it was incomplete. I only have Volume I upto III and not IV! I asked
a few person by email where I could find IV but they couldn't help me. I
logged in today again, but this is the directory list: [proof]
