Re: Dio connection & Cockney Rebjects Chris here, I posted: >> I guess everyone forgot the obvious Kate and Ronnie James Dio connection; >> that Jimmy Bain, one of the legion of bassists on _The Dreaming_, was the >> bass player in Dio. They have published some of the best reviews of Kate. A side tid-bit; the members of Judas Priest listed on their "Keer-ang Christmas Wish List": "Kate Bush Videos!". > And I don't know about you, but a large number of the KaTefans at the > KonvenTion last year looked like metalheads to me. In fact, I photographed a Metal-looking guy, who had a _tattoo_ of Kate on his left upper arm. Now I have a personal aversion to Metal, and think tattoos indicate that the tattooee feels that they are immortal, and will stay exactly as they are for the rest of their immortal life but....if you are going to permanently maim your body with thousands of injections of colored dye....Kate is probably as good a choice of subject matter as anyone, and better than most. > Meredith Tarr Chris Williams of Chris'n'Vickie of Chicago katefans@chinet.chi.il.us
