     A suggestion for a way for Kate fans to put their own spin on the upcoming
political hoopla:  some savvy entrepeneur should come out with a poster with
the phrase "Bush in '92," with Kate's likeness substituted for George's.
To compound the in-joke even further, it could be hung in windows with electri-
cal tape (_i.e._, suspended from gaffa).
