ted beatie laments that t'pau is "another band that makes an album and
goes". well, i'd like to inform him that this is not necessarily the case.
previous to _bridge of spies_ (the album that contained the single "heart
and soul"), there was a release called _rage_ which, as far as i know,
has not been released in america. furthermore, there is a forthcoming
record to be released within a few weeks. so lament not. and visit your
local record store.

with regards to the flap over the rec.music.gaffa/rec.music.happy trans-
formation, spawning a mailing list for her might not be a bad idea - it's
already happened with the siberry mailing list (which has been mucho quiet
as of late, but no matter) as the major complaint seems to be one more
related to volume than anything else (the prosyletizing aside, which is
easily ignored).

michael graham (re)asks about the lines "running up that road..." from
"ruth". perhaps the reason that nobody has answered your question is that
nobody has a clue as to what it means. i know i don't...
