Good guesses, but it's a band (from Canada???) called Northern Peaks .
. . (err . . . or was that Pikes . . . no, I think it's Peaks).  There
was a video of this song that used to get shown on eMpTyV's 120
Minutes show back when it first started.  Oh yeah, the song is called
"The Things I Do For Money."
